I want to say "Thank You Very Much" to Mr Ho here.  
Mr Ho came to my flat for follow up the defects so many times and the defects are almost finished....

Today the last outstanding window was replaced. It is out of our expectation that Mr Ho came to our flat after the replacement. He asked if it is acceptable and followed up what other defects left.

Don't like those PY guys always refuse to do or repair first .... :em13:
What is it use for? Compaint to our owner? Anyway those defects should be made finally as we insist to do so.
