I confess some staff in the 收樓中心 are not very helpful...like one of the 中坑 is trying to get rid of his responsibility...
But today Miss Ruby Wong is so helpful. When I told her that on one come to my flat to fix the defects after i have handed in the form for more than two weeks she contacted the 科文 right away and accompanying the 科文 to my flat in 10 minutes...she also assisted me to point out the defects which i have noted down by the post-it....
The  科文 also very helpful. Jotted down all the defects in his note book and promised to complete all the works by the coming friday.....

oh really ???  Today I also go there but the staff always say that please give them some time.  Not helpful..
