P/E ratio of ESPRIT is already 28.6x.  Even its earning is expected to grow 20% per year in the next 2 years it's not attractive for long-term.  

Also remember that Mr. 邢 sold about 4% of his holding at $23.9 last week so this will be the short-term resistance.

May 短炒 between $23-24 but remember to stop loss.

  陸叔指出，思捷環球<0330.HK>於上周五公布，該公司主席以每股作價$23.94，配售5000萬股股份予獨立投資者，涉資11.97億元，而其持股量將由38.04%降至33.84%。而受到此消息影響，思捷股價亦隨即顯著下滑。

不過，投資者應先問一問，究竟上述股份是落入何者手中。11.97億元並不是一個小數目，但市場竟然能夠消化有關股份。因此，我們有足夠理由相信，有關股份是落入了我們所謂的「大戶」手中。若果屬實的話，大家應不用太過顧慮配股後的沽壓增加。

但另一方面，並非每一間公司的配股行動都屬正面。一些公司坐擁可觀的現金，卻仍以先舊後新方式配股集資，這就可能是大股東希望攤薄小股東權益的一種做法。另外，大家對一些以大折讓配股的公司亦要注意，因為這可能是反映出大股東看淡公司前景，股價更可能從此一沉不起。(ga)
