小弟睇中左6座果邊，如無意外聽晚可以落訂。

想請問各位業主，藍澄會所使唔使入會費呢 ??
而每次玩又幾錢到 ?? 多謝

會費150.00;沒有其它收費只偽游水比20..

Welcome joining RC Big family.

Don't you mind tell me some information about the price of RC.
Different floor different direction and different tower.

Just some reference is OK.

I am now looking for a apartment for my Mother and father.
They live in Tuen Mun is too far away from me.

Originally I am planning Chelsea court. After visiting the demo apartment. I give up already. No Kitcen (no fire cook). too close to factory but the price is too expensive. I think RC will be much better.

My mother and father don't like the apartment have somebody live before I think I can still found some second hand can meet my requirement.

I guess you have follow the agent and tour around recently and the price for apartment should be most close to the market price.

I think all another RC owner are interest the price as well.
