Hope the case of 泓 景 臺 could be settled at the soonest as the Government's stand/plan/action on this case would definitely be a "case-law" and apparently affecting us.

Especially the definition of "Mgt. Fee" could be further defined then no matter we have Owners' Committee or not the Management Company would definitively have no right to include this into the management fee.

Hope the Gov't could setup a good example and perform a "good show" as the case of 泓 景 臺 and the determination made by OFTA shows the Gov't has no cooperation between different departments.

Let us monitor closely.
