我們未入伙 但廚房有陣垃圾味 聽管理員講都聽過其他業住(高層低層都有)有
提 但不知合原因 您們知否?  :?:  :?:

There was an awful case discovered in this forum(won't refer here so you can enjoy your dinner tonite).

One hint is you can check if any garbage under the kitchen boards...

你們是高層定低層? 我們是低層而且已做好清潔包括廚櫃內 但假天花未睇請問假天花是否可(及如何)開啟 有無業主檢查過呢? 我好心.

Just need a little force to push it up then it will not difficult to take it down. Acutally you should check it once you receive the flat. Because there has many pipe inside there. You need to check any leakage on them. But no problem you can check it immediately and if found any leakage or problem inform to Mgt office.

個天花一托就起你揀燈則面O個塊就得啦托起後攝過隔離然後伸個頭入去裝下有無問題就得了再搞唔掂可以PM我上你度睇睇.
