I contacted Consumer council and hutchison today concerning our air conditioner issue.
According to the staff of consumer council. There is no mistake on developer becasue they do not mention the actual power of the air conditioner in our home even they just give us a 3/4 power air condition there is no problem on that. The reasons are as following:
First: the developer just mentioned that the air conditioner is a gift which is included in the house besides they dont clearly mentioned the actual power so the developer is very generous to give us the air conditioner as promised so there is no problem on them !
Second: the detailed book of R.C is not a legal document. Even they refused to give us air conditioner we cannot charge them in court. hat means we just waste our money and times!
After that i contacted the management office in Hutichison Miss Joanne Tse. She said that she willl report our problem to her boss and reply me tomorrow.!
Miss Tse said that if there is really the case we still have chance to change the air conditioner provided that this is not a problem for 2 or 3 residents in R.C. This is a common problem in all flat D and E residents.
Thanks for your informaiton. I think we should take action as soon as possible because many people are doing decoration at this moment and move in soon. It's really trouble to change the air-conditioner after move in.
As i mentioned yestersday i contacted Hutchison management office Miss Joanne Tse. She said that she will contact her boss and will reply me today.
But i waited for her reply until 6pm... No repsonse... It is predictable.
Would the residents from flat D and flat E can contact her tomorrow or next week so that we can reflect the real situation to her ( Let her know this is no a problem of 2-3 flat D residents. This is our common problem !
