But my friend said HKBN is not so good since there will be no svc when in bad weather. I think it may be suitable for those who seldom use homeline service (use cell phone instead) :em12: .

Bad weather probelm fixed la... HKBN like other FTNS operators using underground fibre cables same as HGC and PCCW.   But this is not related to quality r.... you decide which operator to use la.... :>

I am thinking of HGC too because 2 years contract with average monthly fee $5X... jai.... seems attractive!!

I want the DECT phone's plan.... but need 24 months contract... $108 per month. This DECT phone seems around $1200 in the market.
