因為之前有朋友住浪濤灣又係未能在指定時間內完成執漏
於是出律師信要求賠償因為遲左入伙所以租多一個月房屋.

You are right. We need to prove for renting a flat and ask for the claim. I think the dirty glass is one of the defeat that the property should clean it before give back to us. If all of us agree this statement we can use our cooperation to negotiate with them. May they ask their site worker to clean it with the saftey belt.

Of course we need to submit document to prove your lose and compensation?
So that we must discuss with your lawyer?
which type of goods you need to compensate and follow up?

How much to employ the lawyer? Seems the Mr. Lam had no solid answer to most of the problem of defect wo!

今朝同律師講過 首先發出警告信 大約HK$800.00 其後看和黃的反應.
