一起找裝修公司油牆加房可享有特別折扣，你會參與嗎？

今日去找些裝修公司(多於一間)打價發現有幾間超平。我仲問過佢地如果我們有十多戶一起幫親可否有個折扣，他很堅定的說有九折到八折，大家有沒有興趣一起幫親呢？手工怎樣？唔知，但是佢話一定唔差，而且可以先睇他們已經完成的單位做版....

詳細報價如下...

A) 裝修套裝: (兩房10800 - $11800 未折，三房:13800)
1. 全屋廳房天花及牆身 鏟底 - 油防潮油 - 批灰 - 油 ICI (至少3次)
2. 廳新做天花線連油漆
3. 全屋地腳線番新油清力架
3. 裝修其間，大門，門窗貼上保護層，地下鋪1分夾板保護

B) 用磚起牆連門 (約$6800)

C) 電掣位
1. 暗線不走喉  ($250)
2. 暗線走喉 ($450)

price looks very good.. but... why their price is so low?? coz there is some owner doing 裝修 already... may be we go to have a look for their quality and then make decision after... coz quality is 1st and price is 2nd...

但會唔會一分錢一分貨ga??
仲有 如果間公司冇寫字樓 or 以他人單位做 office及showroom 就要小心點
因為完工後會用拖字決去解決你既問題
到所有工程完成就閃
然後想追都難 小心小心!!

The price is very attractive.

Actually I have go to one of the flat at Tower 1 46/F to see their work at Saturday.  As the task not yet completed I don't know the quality.  

But I think it is a good idea to group together to get the discount.
