How much do we spend for getting key?

Can anyone tell me what expense do we require to pay such as management fee & lawyer fee etc. in order to get a key?
For Block 2 lowerest level do anyone get the key yet?

我想問因咩解夠 "律師費"噤貴 :?: "雜費"係包括d咩呀都唔少$喎 : & "total 7個月 "管理費"內包括咩泥頭費管理費上下期..."咩唔係1次過律師樓俾埋咩 :?:

We are requested to prepare three cheques
(1) 律師費 - around $2xxx professional charges and the rest is disbursements such as registation fee of certain documents Architect's plan fee land search fee Photocopying travelling.....
(2) 管理費 - 1 month advance payment 3 month deposit special fund ( 2 months) debris removal charge (泥頭費 and prorata) Communal Electricity Meter desposit (prorata around $1 per sq ft) Individual Water Meter Deposit ($400) Installation charge for Individual water meter ($75)
(3) $100 stamp fee

All above amount has to be settled upon completion of the deal.
