I also went to 現樓示範單位 (Block 6 48/F) Coz of limited time I only visited flat A.

RE: View
The night view is really very attractive better than i expected coz it can see the seaview from Lai King to Central. Also the lighting in pier is acceptable not bright as expected. Before I went to the site last nite i always worried of the view....but really not a wrong decision to buy RC high floor seaview.....my husband and me also feel very satisfied of it.

RE Kitchen
As expected the kitchen is really very very small two ppl go inside and cannot move. Suitable for those not ppl not always cook (as me)

RE Public lift lobby
Overall design of lift lobby (lower and each floor) is JUST Pass jar. Not as good as I expected esp the mix and match of some materials are strange. Also the ground floor lift lobby is quite small actually not grand.
Don't expect too much.

RE Swimming Pool
just a quick look at nite seems not bad. or i see the actual pool it is not as small as i see in website photo.

Hutchison staff said it is not for public now just for those bought the flat and agent.

we go there tonight around 7... but 和黃 staff refused to let us go as

1. we do not have any agent
2. it over 7 counter close at 7 (agent tell us it close at 8 gar... 我特登同公司講早d走gar
3. lift is out of order

so we can't go in ar... if you all go tomorrow .. I think it should be better to go with your agent la....
And I don't know if the lift is ready or not ar...

I went there (Block 6) at 7:40p.m. last nite the staff also refused me in the begining. Then i went to the "house sales office next to Block 6" and told the staff i come from long distance (indeed i live in nearby hehe) and my agent said they close at 8:00p.m. then they accept me to go after confirming they still have staff on 48/F. I believe it is really an exceptional case the staff said they close at 7:30p.m.ga.

So for those want to go there don't be late. and should go to house office first. the staff in block 6 have no right allowing you to go should go with their Hutchison staff. but don't need to go with your agent ga.
