Wow...I'd already signed the final agreement on 23/7/03 la...Feel so relax.

All I need to do is waiting...waiting for 4/2004. :wink: I hope when I close my eyes and open them again it is dated 4/2004. :shock:

The earlest completion date from developer is April 04. However the lawyer say it will be on June 04

定係自己間BANK會到咁上吓時候聯絡你，叫你幾時幾時上去律師樓喥簽EM DEED 架？因為我哋好驚時間唔夠，又或者“MON”得滯，但又唔敢成日打去律師樓煩?#21707; （我哋冇用到BAKER）。請指教！

我哋係用BANK介紹嗰間律師樓（因為有DISCOUNT）。
