WOW but what is the fact?? I have just read through some of the articles posted my some friends from RC. To me I am a bit in doubt for the actual price at the moment. As all we know the drawback of this estate. I agree with all of you the price is raising  but for how much? No one knows as long as we have the true figures from Land Registratiobn.

I think you mean 1.7M (instead of 170K) and increase of 200K (instead of 20K) right?
