樓上十二點幾一點還拉枱拉"登"
我都知藍澄灣隔音差, 都不會動一動走去投訴, 大家左鄰右李  
雖然我未訓, 都唔會嘈住我訓, 但....真係好奇怪
差不多晚晚都聽到跌麻雀聲....
日日打牌都會跌麻雀落地, 仲要有時一晚跌幾次....

If so, it must not 雀館.   They are all newbie.   Professional players will not make this mistake.

My upper unit was making voices until 2:00am, and I complained to the seucuity office 2 times. The voices were still in, but the volume was turned down some.  I do not know why so many people do not sleep at the mid nite, and they do not consider other people will be affected by their voices to sleep hardly.  Also, the main problem is Cheung Kong properties are famous of such case due to the thin wall.

這是可能與樓層薄及空心磚有關，我年初四廰內的磁磚突然聽到"炸炸"聲，人一路行那"炸炸"聲就跟住您走！幾秒後成個廳中間一排的磁磚突起來！真是驚嘆！

後來找裝修師父上來，發覺很多都是空心磚，不信您自已敲一敲地下的磚便知道，是否聽到"空空"聲呢？再加上冷縮，地磚因離地關係便會突起。師父說這些磚不適合用水泥舖，因底部較為平滑，後來師父幫我將成個廳的磚換晒，再用強力膠舖新磚，雖然仍會有"空空"聲，但相信已經很穩固及不怕冷縮熱漲了！
