My sale agent tell me already the Hotel is about 40/F when I bought RC.
It's correct and that's why I bought Flat F although it is facing north.
I think that's agent problem.
Since agent is always BS.

My agent I remenber also some BS to me.
For example they said there is a big park build between RC and the road at the north. It is three time Tsing Yi park.
Now it is still grass only. It is sure BS.

The management fee for Chelsea court is sure 1.8/feet.
It already print on the sale book.
