I know nearly all public utility (electricity water gas and telecom srv) complete their installation work. The Hotel blocks are testing alarm system.

For residential blocks I guess at least 3 months to go because many holidays in the Dec and Jan.

The status for other blocks are the same...
I remember block 6 have great sunshine....
Block 5 Flat C and D ave great great sunshine...
