小弟用了5X日+無跟勞氣才收齊......

因為恆昌Michael Chan應承我 今天比我全部傢私
我呢幾天
根本沒有勇氣入去睇
因為我覺得再追已經沒有意思
而我覺得已十分討厭亦不想再跟恆昌說一句話
所以我決定
亦打定輸數
無論今天送來多少及欠多少
我都要換鎖準備結婚入伙的事了
因為已經沒有時間
呢個絕對是一個好大的教訓!

你今日收傢俬的情況如何? 我地今日去過恆昌 沙田區黃生已經無做啦   我地16/6落order 到今日已45天只收到一張床 我地已經榭晒 :em18:  不過 你要做靚靚新娘點都要撐下去!!  :wink:  藍澄好友支持你  :em21:

Really tired of 恆昌傢俬 !!! After complaining & complaining and comp.......
Finally I received all my furniture from them (anyway only 13 items). However my nightmare is still going on. Only the lighting fixture sofa coffee table & end table can be used. My 2 beds 3 closet TV unit dressing table and extra paid backdrop are just like a garage sitting in my house. Because some of the parts are missing they cannot be used. They spend 1 week times (I spend 3 afternoon for their appointments) still cannot provide tha appropriate parts. My final call for them is today (becasue 60days are already over) if my furniture still cannot be used  they need to bring it back to their warehouse I want their rental compensation and Hutchicon need to refund the furniture package to me.

多謝大家的關心! 正如我說 打定輸數 所以星期六去收傢私 都預左!
結果 那天果然欠我大床 大衣櫃 及書檯.
我即刻好惡打電話 好好彩定佢唔好彩 一打電話就通
我好惡鬧人 話今日一定要有齊傢私
聽電話個女仔可能聽見我好惡 所以叫了一個陳先生上來
但他說他不是Michael Chan 是一個星期前新上班的 態度非常之好 又鞠躬又砂霖 喳住個file同我傾
我告訴他我不是求氣 係求貨 什麼理由藉口都不會接受
我要傢私 因為結婚和入伙!

姓陳的立刻幫我追查傢私的下落 他不瞞我所欠的傢私要翌日才能給我
那個姓陳的給了我他的手電號碼 及約實翌日即是昨天下午3時送來
結果.....

星期日 如期送來 我沒有去收 因為我要在家執拾東西 叫了我男朋友去
他們用了個多鐘做好大床 書檯及大衣櫃
本來稔住開香濱慶祝
點知.......

大衣櫃的燙門送錯了款
而我男朋友又好仁慈容許恆昌改日更換 及簽了點收紙
天呀! 我喝都喝唔住 而我再call姓陳的 已經再找不到!

我好驚 我叫我男朋友即刻落去恆昌找個姓陳的
確實一定要明晚送來及在點收紙上寫上"欠衣櫃門"四個字
而因為呢件事 我和男朋友炒了一場!

姑勿論怎樣 我要的傢私已齊
除了一對衣櫃門話今晚送來 聽住先....

我強調我對恆昌傢私的質數係無要求 只要他們肯送來 我當完成一件事唔想再煩
比方我的大床和床頭櫃根本唔夠位
玻璃櫃的玻璃用黑色水筆塗污了很多 都是我自己用布去抹
餐檯的白色檯面亦是鴛鴦色
通通我都算數

原因只係一個 唔想再糾纏下去

Vivian me too I don't expect too much please check it very carefully before signing anything. My helper found the paint from the upper part of the draw can easily come out as well as the back of it. Therefore I need them to fix it TODAY. Definitely they will look terrible after fixing it. I still need to accept because I need to move-in this WED. Or else they compenate $ to me then it will be another story.

You must have the rights to bargain because you had given them 60 days of delivery.  I bless you luck for having the furnitures in good condition.  
I think I will not request anything except the door they need to give me tonight.  Since my boyfriend had signed the acknowledgement yesterday I have no bargain power to say anything.
As I mentioned I will be silent and try to forget all these unhappy moments wiith Hang Cheong as much as I can.
