"Vouce Mail Box" means the security dept. just will take down the message and no immediately action will do.

In fact I think the TV connection problem was never been solved.  Just last night the TV disconnection 5 hours again !!!!!

我在六月十四日下午(投訴信寄出前兩日) ，接到管理處Gary Lam 來電，詢問我們近日的行動(投訴信簽名會)，並提出和我作一次非正式的私人聚會。了解到這是Gary Lam的職責所在，故在六月十五日晚上於售樓處和Gary Lam會面， Gary Lam表示我們一群業主即將採取的行動可先和管理處合作相討解決，而通知傳媒亦可能會使外界對我們藍澄灣有負面影響。正當我們争論之時，Gary Lam 的上上司 - 和記黃埔地產有限公司之總物業經理陳志球先生及賴小姐表示想參予討論，我們相討了投訴信上的內容大約一小時，期間陳志球先生及賴小姐多次表示和黃地產和藍澄灣業主在溝通上出現了小問題，以致發生誤會未能有正式會議。於是我提出本星期六(六月十九日)安排一個會議，以便和記黃埔地產有限公司及藍澄灣業主出席相討投訴信上的內容，我亦承諾如星期六的會議能對藍澄灣業主有滿意答覆，投訴信將不會寄出到各傳媒機構。

各位藍澄灣的業主們，請抽空出席是次會議，因今次機會是大家花了無數心血及時間爭取回來的(大家可從網上得知各業主為此付出的心血)。請為了大家的藍澄灣表達意見，多謝。
