If you guys don't mind give a call or send a letter to Gary Lam.
Only black & white can help them to promote. Also let the others know that RC resident is appreciated with their good service.
For me I've always send fax to Gary not only for complaints and thank you letters as well.

Yes this is one of most easy recoginize him. And also as the below.

1. Walk to door and open it (not only open the door lock).
2. And tell you what kind of notice from RC management in detail when you waiting the lift.
3. Help you to press the lift button.
4. Hold the lift to wait for you enter the lift.
5. Say take care.
6. Of course in morning time will say Good morning to you.
7. Alway smile to you once see you.
8. Record the stranger data if not the resident.

That's just what I saw before. May be still have others.
