不過有幾樣野....想兄弟你幫我強硬地提出。
第一，suttle-bus 問題，因為青衣suttle 為當時賣樓的selling point，
            冇理由可以申請收樓專車，而家申請唔到一條suttle出青衣。 :?:
第二，要解釋冷氣問題，同埋保救方法。 :twisted:
第三，會所問題，冇理由要比月費，即使要比月費，都要再平一點。 :evil:
第四，電視接受勁差，話明有十個衛星台，但而家唔夠不特只，還是一些
           不知所謂的衛星台，要求加東風、華娛.....等。 :em13:
至於上網方面，我本人係支持現況的，沒有必要抽返出來，可能會問唔上網
唔著數，但作為新時代的屋苑，上網是一樣必須品，作為樓宇增值... :em11:
都係一句，唔搭電梯，可費平點管理費。

I just talk to the security guards in my tower they said they have not received any order from the management. They cannot let us distribute the meeting notice unless they received approval from the top. You need to ask Gary Lam to pass the order otherwise the security persons will get into trouble again.

Last time I put the meeting notice into the mail box they said if one RC owner complain why they received such letter then the on-duty person will get punished. One complain get one point and it will reduce their income.

So 我是誰 Please contact Gary Lam as soon as possible and pass the approval order to each security guards.

To dick&queenie happy to hear that you agree most of my complaint letter. about the boardband issue my concern is that they don't give a chance to choose other vender such as PCCW Cable... For me it's not the money issue but the FAIR CHANCE points on 電訊管理局
