TWO more Big problems I want to compliant:

1) Our great Whampoa Management will not provide service on Sunday cos. they will on leave.  And the Tel: 31651500 will transfer to the Security control room.  And they just a "Voice Mail Box" can't to provide management services to us.  So if get any sudden problems will nobody can handle
(i.e.: Last Saturday the TV Cable was connected 3 hours in the morning)


2) The TV Cable is so unstable 接收有大問題 many "鬼影" Always 有干擾.
    Not only for Tower 2 I already live in Tower 1.

They are not "Voice Mail Box" but they are "Black Hole".  我試過閒日2:05分打去結果去了Security control room留了message and phone number有職員話會通知management department to call backbut no reply at all.

To Dela for your first Question i suggest to complaint to Gary Lam first. Coz our  投訴信 target is 和黃 Question 1 can be solve by Gary Lam (Management dept.)

For Question 2 i read the notice on some Tower that they are solving this problem.
