I want to know more about the inspection. If I join this inspection.
What is the difference after the inspection? Some items miss or neglect.

I believe that a professional building inspection can help us to the following:
1.  Find out all defeats in the flat especially for those fatal defects.
2.  Provide Professional advice whether we should report to developer.

But I still don't that whether he would provide re-inspection service after the correction.  Anyway I will call him again in 2004.
