IF the supply is small RC is market tends to be monopoly that are held by us  :em19:
A piece of land is IRREPLACEABLE. That means if someone MUST live close to RC (e.g. close to their mum/dad or the price of the market subsitute is too expensive)  he must purchase with our "FRIED price".  :em19:   :em17:

Your points can apply in any Estate if they work.
When they work there is no more theory of demand/supply in school.  Do you know how can it be a Monopoly market?
