應該可以 不過要有業主立案法團 法例話三年內可以成立業主立案法團 到時我地就係自己業主話事........
只要半數人話炒管理公司 就可以炒佢地架啦.......

As I know it's quite difficult it's not so easy as you said. In the short run we still need to urgre EMO to improve. As well some of the thing can't wait for 3 years to solve.

But 10-committee we elected is not 業主立案法團 because  our complex includes Hotels Shopping Mall and us. I heard somebody said the RC residents have less than 50% of the total votes if we set up 業主立案法團 therefore it's not favor for us.
I hope somebody can clarify it first.
