About this question I don't think so he has many other friend of secuirty guard in RC now. Because he is outstanding one. His mind should be different to other guard!

I more idea. Can we promoto him to be the leader of security guards to Gary Lam? Then he can increase the salary and he can teach other guards what is the meaning security gurads.

我估大家都想個個管理員有佢咁高質素
我地可以 recommand 俾Gary Lam
但點做 都係要交俾管理公司負責

同埋 佢自己做得好 係人既性格使然
但唔知佢管理能力好唔好
因為位在高處 會有是是非非
佢可能想開開心心做個好nice 既管理員 唔想位在高處多多責任  :em18:
