today I made a phone conversation with the responsible person and she admited that the rehabition has not yet executed because most of the workers are still working for the previous jobs (not our new jobs). But she has promised that the workers will start their works to our new jobs in the early of next week and would be completed in 4 weeks after our submission for the request of rehabilitation.........so don't worry!!1
