If you are living in RC you have the responsiblity to improve the living standard of RC you are the one to enjoy it. If everybody just wait for others to do it finally nothing will be happen. I'm so glad that we have a chance to speak out/to discuss/to join together all by this forum. That's why I always thanks for the committee.
