Please address complaint letter to Public Transport Department. I made it through e-mail. Just browse yahoo / government and you will get it. They will acknowledge your reply but the same reply as FanStar got.
Anyway the more complaints we raise in this subject the fast response we will have and the less suffering we do.

由RC to 42c (fire station) 都要成15 mins la .
