集體不交管理費 !!

好似係某d設施係要入會俾會費先可以玩. 但泳池就可以唔入會 每次俾錢玩.

其實係咪要攪清楚先呢 我唔知係咪咁 因之前唔知向邊得知的 但同依家你地所講既有d出入:

會費暫定月費$150包四個會員証 自行選擇入會與否 唔入會都可以享用 即冇比月費果d要用就貴d (應有分兩個價錢收費 就好似會員價及非會員價)

即並不是強制性一定要交!!!

上次開會時gary提及會所係商戶果邊負責 即唔係under我地管理費既支出 只有泳池我地先有份maintain

以上係我所知(以為係) 基本上我都唔知係咪一啊直都收錯料!!! 如有錯 請記得話我知 等我update下

I have a suggestion that the  membership card can act as a entrance card for the L1& L2 ( carpark) and L3 ( go to swimming pool) for the safety issue. I have ask Mr. Lam whether they will have security in those floor. He said they will have the password for entrance only. As I have mention before my flat Key can open 2 more flat in RC. And next to us is a hotel that security for restriction for the guest to enter residential area is needed. For my company and church we use the personal octoplus card as a pass for entry. Each card only cost $20 for the chips installation . It can have a multiple function like record the entry time and membership information.

Totally agreed with you everyone got an Octopus we just need a system and reader... that's all. Forget about those dummy password those are outdated security system.
