如果收購成功佢都只係酒店owner應該唔會係operator.酒店營運方針基本上由operator決定.凱悅都只值32.5億估唔到佢都值成8億.賣出之後又收到錢又係第二大股東真係賣得出的話和黃就發逹lu.以後淨係袋management fee賺梗 :em11:  :em11:  :em11:
