專業冷氣師父意見！！ D/E業主必讀!!

今天我同一位相熟的冷氣師父察看了E單位的冷氣系統冷氣師父提出以下評論:

1. 客飯廳的室內機容量明顯不足以他的經驗3匹比較合適因為廚房/廁所應考慮在內. 而1.75匹機至少要1.5小時才能將溫度降至合理程度.
當天氣特別熱時1.75匹機可能永遠不能達到合理溫度. 明顯設計上有問題 除非有其它副助設施.
2. 冷氣師父量度過室外機的回風溫度發現溫度過高 可能是由於金屬遮攔阻礙散熱造成. 回風溫度過高將影響冷氣治冷功能.
3. 客飯廳的冷氣機的安裝位置太後 應盡靠向中間 以達到最大功效.

宗上三點可見D/E單位冷氣設計錯漏百出!!!!

我於是追問可否加多另一獨立冷氣機？　答案是可以 但室外機不能放在現在位置 因現時散熱已存在問題. 新位置須得到管理處批准.
如須加冷氣機 理應發展商負責.

早有所聞其他單位的線路問題 可惜我的單位豐澤同東芝都確認安裝沒有問題包括控制線路 雪種 喉管 etc.. 其根本不在於安裝同冷氣性能 而是設計問題!

Certainly painful no adoubt!! We have to face it!!
So far to me other design faults I can bear with or even solve it without endless argue with them. For air-con design problem I can't solve it by myself. I can't move in without this be sorted out. It's my last line of defense!!

Any better idea?

Would you mind to tell me how to solve the following :-
(1) Water leakage from the gap of exhaust fan in kitchen. After raining the water will stay in the gap if you turn on the fan the water will drop on the countertop. If rain heavily with wind the rain will directly flow out from the gap. Some owners affected by the last black rain.
(2) Board between fringe & stove. Because stove is too near the board the board will easily burn. (Install stainless steel board to cover it but the heat may curve the board from time to time :em13: .) This will affect Flat A H D & E.
(3)Water pressure. This may only affect certain floor. The pressure valve will serve a number of floors. The last one of the sequence will suffer they may not have enough pressure to take shower.
(4) Air-con. For me right now I don't need to turn on all.
BUT anyway as I mentioned this is our right. :em13:

No offensive! If I made you think that your points are invalid I would apologies. My point is Air-con to me is the biggest problem I can’t solve and I will fight for it. I certainly encourage you to fight for your or our rights!!  

Calm down! Angry only distract us from focusing.

so....liuh what is the next step u would like to take? No cold problem of my flat (D of T2) is solved now after they repaired them last week.  I don't move in but it seems not enough as I'm afraid of hot.
