Block A 冷氣機 - not cool enough -

as i know Block B of Tower 2 have lot of owner complain the air-cons are not cool enough and they start to change (?change the setting of?) the compressor with - crane - outside the part of Block B

when i turn on 3 inside units of air cons 2 of them work as normal fan.  o just wondering is any there Block A owner have the same problem of their air-cons.  
-- Can we give some pressure to them for changing our compressor as well? --

之前我個單位的冷氣都有d問題個廳夠凍但唔可以凍哂成個廳窗台位置不太涼但可接受應該是因為個廳好長的關係。
而2個房初時開了10-15mins先feel到有少少冷風我就去complain fix左之後就要等5-6mins先feel到涼我都唔知仲要唔要complain?

I filled that in my defect list but i don't even know that was fixed or not.  when we turn on the unit in the living room i assume that the main indoor unit.  the temp's find but after awhile turn on the other 2 they work as fans with normal temp.  :?:
