Who has problem? if complaint staff under Gary Lam you can send to Gary Lam. If complaint Gary Lam you must send to Hutchison Whampoa Properties Limited  :!:

I want to complaint the Hotline both 3165 xxxx they always claim the staff you want to find is not there. If you call 3165 1280 you always fail because the line is too busy but they really work according to their contract 0900 to 1700 the line will be free after 1700 but no one pickup the call then.
