詹濟南's name card shows he is 工程監督師 he 專同人驗樓.  You can see him in Cable TV every week in <樓市傳真>．  Also his inspection of RC house will be broadcasted on April 17.

Mr Tsim has inspected my house yesterday he did not inspect very long just around 1 hour my husband and me also think that $1000 is so easily to earn.  Something we really not know how to check it out esp this is the first time we bought new house also 長江系 house so we pay money for professinoal inspection lo.  but we found some problem i.e. somewhere 崩裂 in toilet's carbinet door frame and 地腳線 but not shown in his report.  Surely something he checked out but i don't know the problems too...so if you ask Mr Tsim to inspect house you should check again yourself don't rely on him totally.

He charge $1.8/feet but coz RC's citizen has lots of order together previoulsy now new order still can enjoy discount of 15% off.  Min charge is $1000.  if you need this service you can call 82028217 (but i don't know her assistant's name)

As I've canceled applying cable TV already. So don't know who he is.
It seems $1000 is expensive. But as u said we (first time new house owner) won't alert some of the defects by ourselves.

I'm still waiting the call fm B&M (that means waiting 收樓) so 很緊張啊  !

hey or you can ask if you have friends or relatives know how to inspect house.  I just don't 想起 to ask friends they worked in site in similar areas...otherwises i can save $1000. haha!
