各位近排有無看有線電視樓盤傳真，它有個新環節教人驗樓，我覺得幾有用！
我已經問左有線那個教人驗樓的專家的聯絡方法：

我覺得有一個專業工程師驗樓總比我們安全，他還會幫我們做驗樓報告。  他的價格以尺數決定，大約HK$1-1.3一尺，我覺價格幾合理，  如果大家有興趣可以直接打電話給他，他說如果有很多業主登記，價格還會減低，我已經登記了。
