Have checked with Gary Lam he told me that it is the design issue. That means for all flatA above 32F have the same issue!

Whatever they say everything is design issue! But how can we know when we purchase?

Some roof has water pipe while some don't (same flat on diff towers). If you ask them the same bullshit:"It is the original design but we cannot provide you the floor plan!"
