D/E單位冷氣設計問題!! D/E 業主必讀!!

個位D/E單位業主:

不知道大家是否意識我們屋內冷氣設計面臨巨大問題!! 簡單來講 客飯廳分體機只有 1.75 (1 4/3)匹 而客飯廳面積差不多240呎 1.75匹一定不夠負荷!!  :em13:
即使細單位 客飯廳分體機都有2匹  真不明白為什麼大單位廳分體機 反而細的.

背後原因好簡單 1拖4 (1室外機 拖4室內機)室外機的輸出公率不夠大. 唯一的解決方法是加大室外機的公率 同時改大客飯廳分體機到2.5匹或以上.

與豐澤理論只會徒勞 不能解決問題的根本!!

我建議大家應該一起向發展商/管理處投數!! 爭取更換全體 D/E 的 室外機同室內機!!

夏日將至 如果不徹底解決問題 將永無寧日!!

Actually the air condition in my room is not cold enough !
So we need to tell the developer and force them to change it for us.

Would anyone can help?

If someone is willing to be a leader  i will participate in any event and also share the work with him or her!

投訴信 includes too much items. They can't give us answer right away. So I think we should have "task groups" to concentrate on each smaller items and negotiate with them. I think for all Air Conditioner issue we should have a "AirCon Task Group".

Can we invite some representive from each tower so we can enter our belonging tower and send some notice or leaflet to flat E and D residences so that we can group together and then force hutchison or management office to change our AC?

Can we contact the reporter in weekly magazine or cable TV?

I checked the booklet from developer  they just mentioned 4 air conditioner in our home but no mention the power

I want to collect more information and build the case before go for the press.

For my few cents even they haven't clearly stated in the sales booklet they can't handover something doesn't work right?

Call me up and discuss in more detail.

      投訴信已列舉了這問題，但可能未夠詳細。因為已有超過五十個單位業主簽署了以上文件，本人不想在未資詢他們的情况下對文件作出改動(錯字另計)，請見諒  :em14:  :em14:

1.6. 大單位冷氣不夠凍 ，冷氣機匹數明顯不足以發揮應有的功用
