Design Problem!

Hi All

I've talked to the management department staff today for my outstanding defeats. Knowing that many many of them are "DESIGN Problem" so they are not intented to change for us

e.g.
- 廚房櫃門's handler - Can't fully open. mine can only open less than 45度角
- Window's handler - VERY Dangerous it may CUT you finger completely!! (I know Gary Lam is working on this issue.)

My question is does any one of us know if they need to settle the "DESIGN Problem" legally OR we have to suffer it forever!!! DAMN

你是指雪櫃上面那隻嗎???  :?:  由於兩隻門較都在下面 我那隻門由於門柜頂住 不能全開. :em16:  而且仲有小小墮  :em01: 我會搵師傅加多一隻門較在上面!

Hey do you know if they need to change it for us legally if they admitted that is a design problem?
