Who haven't hire a renovation worker to decorate you new home? If you want one you can e-mail to me as the one make my home is quite good and he is full of patience and the charge is reasonable. If you want to have better performance you design first and discuss with him.
What the meaning of PM ? I find this renovation work in a design company in hung hom. The in-charge is call Brother Cheong. His numberis 94933821. Call him and ask for quotation. During the discussion time my flat design to make a shelf with single bed and working desk. The desk will make on the window area. They are very impress me that they come to my flat and not only use ruler to measure the dimension but make a paper model to confirm the angle for measure. After wwe sign the agreement they use the wood board to make a model again to avoid the wrong measurement. they are full of patience and always keep you update information about the progress. You need to go to their shop for design discussion.
1. Make sure they understand what your need is and ask them to give your drawing or pic.
2. Have a look for their completed site for verify their skills.
3. Always keep contact with the person in-charge. Eg. everyday give him a call for the progress and go to the site as often as possible. Ask your family member or friends to help to go to the site at anytime to see whether they are working or check whether they have any things did wrong so that they can corrrect it immediately.
4. Always pay after they have already complete and satisfy the work.
