D/E單位冷氣設計問題!! 更加令人擔憂的事實 !! D/E 業主必讀!!

本以為客飯廳的冷氣機有4.5kw (1.75匹) 但事實上這是當只開客飯廳的冷氣機時的情形.
幾經辛苦終於在網上找到了東芝冷氣機的詳細資料. D/E 單位的設計詳情如下:
室外機(out-door unit)x1 --> RAS-4M27YACV-E -> 一拖四室外機
房間室內機 (in-door unit)x3 --> RAS-M10UKCV-E --> 2.7KW
客飯廳室內機 (in-door unit) x1 --> RAS-M16UKCV-E --> 4.5KW

客飯廳室內機輸出將 將取決於房間室內機運作的多少.

當只有0架房間室內機同時運作時 客飯廳室內機可有4.5KW輸出.
當只有1架房間室內機同時運作時 客飯廳室內機可有3.94KW輸出.
當只有2架房間室內機同時運作時 客飯廳室內機可有3.5KW輸出.
當只有3架房間室內機同時運作時 客飯廳室內機可有2.86KW輸出.

由於可見 只開客飯廳室內機已輸出(1.75匹)不足. 更何況4部冷氣機全開 客飯廳室內機只不過是一部1匹機 完全不可能達成預期效果!!!

真懷疑和黃聘請的顧問公司能力!!

I contacted the management officer in hutchison today and talking about the air conditioner in flat D and E!

Actually Miss Joanne Tse said that she will reply me on last friday but i haven't recieved her call
Today i contacted her again but all telephone has been directed to phone mail !
Very angry!

I don't think they will help !

Could we group together and do something?

By my experience with  Miss Joanne Tse she won't call you back & her telephone has always been directed to her mail. My suggestion is ask somebody else however you need to repeat & repeat the story..... phone again & again. Until somebody give you the answer. I'm tired to play like this!
That's why I join together with `Who  am I ' to fight against Hutchison. I hope all the owners of RC would stand out and fight for your rights. :em13: :em13:
