we have the same problem you need to find the head and tell them the story again.  We met Po Wah foreman and the management office.  We stayed there and forced them to do it.  Otherwise Po Wah meaningless no problem.  On that day we finished about 80%.  We forced them we will started the decoration and balance will finish soon.  But one week later nothing happen.  Useless management.  Why we need to pay the management fee
