We have submitted the form on 4/4 but till now they haven't complete the job. Only the change of tile we have the negotiate or force them to do and send complaint letter .... nothings done. Your better complaint them everyday and set each project a time frame. Go direct to the property management office and ask their staff to go asset your flat together. It may be a faster way to do. Remmember to mark down their name and keep enquiry the same person.
