don't worry Amy you can call the customer service of Osim explain your situation they will refund the money to you. of course you must present the original receipt and the unused 濾心.

i descripted our 水龍頭 to him and he confirm it's not workable with this long 水喉咀 then I said "your sales said this can be fitted with any kind 水龍頭 since it has many adapters....."

however i didn't get my money back.... i lost the receipt as it was brought during last christmas  :em18:
