Any update on Defect after lasat meeting??

Hi all

I have attend the last meeting with you all and the management office and arranged to have visit to my flat with BMO and developer on last Saturday to have face-to-face discussion to my reported defects.

As the Developer's representative said their in-charge is not in HK on Sat. and cannot reply me the time need to reply those defects (apart from changing windows because no stock the earliest stock will arrive by early June). They said they will reply me by this Monday and BMO's representative also there.

However it is disappointed that on Monday no one call me I make a call to the BMO office and ask me to leave contact number and will call me back afterwards... Until Tuesday no one reply me. Just a minute before I call the Management Office again I am VERY ANGRY  :twisted:  they still ask me to leave contact again.

I would like to know anyone got a better solution to deal with those fxxking stafg (sorry I am really angry). What I want is to have a date to tell me when those defects can be repair but they still fail!!

Any neighbour have start/complete reported defects after the meeting?

I'm Already complete the defects except for window
but I get back the key before expire day
Now I starting 裝修 a few days ago
I think I can live on june....(^o^)

Why can you so quick? Do you have little defect only?
Mine already expire one week but still not fixed! :em01:
What can I do?

i have the same problem and would like to share with you my experience on the issue.

你走去收樓處到狂丙狂丙佢地. 我等左三個幾四個禮拜都冇乜做過野 我前三日丙完佢地兩個鐘之後即刻就同我做左F/U都做得七七八八 佢地話我廿四號先交form 我咪話:好呀 咁即係話25號就一定ok la 我就個日成日等你地整.
我諗唔惡d 佢地唔會咁快手......

(雖然我都有諗過咁様做等於叫佢地唔好做其他單位 做左我個先 不過另一方面咁做可以push 下佢地做野快手d 唔好懶懶閒 對於受影響既朋友 道個歉先 :em14:  :em14:

我有換廚房的地磚，整體都不錯。
廁所地磚可以接受的話，就沒有換。
因為怕換左之後，地台唔鈄，去唔到水，而且會破壞防漏。
