還未知發展商會不會起天橋過對面要等地政署回覆不過既然寫字樓已經差不多落成現在應該係時候申請. 公契列明商場業主可以起天橋.

if there is a footbridge that means people working there could come here to take minibus to kwai fong/tsing yi

Of couse! But even no footbridge the people does also. Just not so convenerience.

BTW there should be public transportation for container port and/or shuttle bus services (just like HIDC and ATL)
