That time was about 11:30 am Sunday morning he/she called the police becasuse he/she felt the upper floor kids are jumping around....

Seems you also living at T6 I suffer the same disgusting noise pollution problem by upper floor non-stop moving chairs around mid-night 2-3:00am (probably time to feed milk) and early morning starting 7:00am. Even worse the children keep jumping ........ wonder if you are close with my floor 4X. Already complaint to Management but fairly say no way to ban childrens jumping and moving heavy chairs. The problems is caused mainly by the empty brick floors and also a big doubt how come their parents are not willing to invest few cents to add the bottom crushion. :?: :?: :?: I'm thinking to send them some :em11:
