It depends on which area you go.
If I go to northern TST I will take 42A to Jardon then walk.
Otherwise MTR.

得一架巴士咋仲要係得早上 2 班車同放工時間 2 班車.BUS NO. 242X

Frist bus: 早上大約7:50-8:00am 係青桃樓巴士站有得上仲可能有位座出到尖沙咀美麗華大廈大概8:30am 總站好似係 HolidayInn Hotel 門口.

第2班車大約8:15am 到

and also have a shuttle bus at Mayfair

but I didn't take this before the station at TST is near Canton Road
