There is a seat is just on the top of the wheel.
I think it is OK if the seat is the one.
Since that seat is really not comfortable.
I will also not take that seat unless it is the last one.
If it is not the seat just on the top of the wheel.
The people is really selfish.

That's why I said may be it is what we call "自私 culture".
Some people is learning and following the 自私 from other people.

Today I take 88F from Tsing Yi city back to RC.
I am take special attention on this phonemeon.
(Why people would like to sit outward of double sits).
When I get on 88F I also found two people sit outward of double sits.
Both of that people are male and they both try to spread himself as much as possible.
The bus waiting for a while then leave the stop.
I can observed both of the sits beside those two people are empty.
I think those two male human don't want another people sit aside them.
(Because 88F is always not full.)

Next time when I travel to my customer in China I will ask my customer if mainland China will have this behaviour. Maybe those two people are "Mainland Boy".
