我呢種草根少買屋
呢2年來心裡面一直有一個疑問

gor時走去中環買rc
個中x地產
不停post-it寫住幾$同單位location

e.g. $123 block3 7/F room A

問題係我見呢張野有冇得叫佢減
e.g. $100 block3 7/F room A

佢昆我話 bin有價講架

我一直都唔係好信
besides
去到好似係佢好心比屋我買
唔係我去做客大晒咁 <- 我一直好唔順氣

問題係我有冇duck自己篤
e.g. block3 7/F room A
等佢搵幾$話我知

我就一味比佢塞d
食northwest wind同地下單位比我
右唔比我自己mark <- 我一直好唔順氣

咁我未買過私屋 <- 居屋就好有研究因為阿豬阿狗都可以入去八野
呢種procedure真係唔識
想請教下大家

If I have chance again I must not buy from agent. They provide no service only cheat you.

As I remember before I buy the flat the agent said too many people there you can sign an offer letter then leave first the price is much much higher then my purchase price and much much lower floor. I have signed the letter but have not leave that show flat in Central and walking around there.

My case I am 1st time home owner when I bought RC the flat was directly choosen by me from the developer's desk. The reason why I can approach the developer's desk is because those agent are fighting and I have little space to approach the table then deal. I don't know where is my agent exactly and the price is acceptable.

I am so lucky to save some money and buy a better flat although not seaview la...

The only things I am not happy is when I sign the agreement in the upper floor office my agent also sign his name on my agreement and eat the commission. But he provide no service only a lesson let me know don't rely on them.

篤數就未試過
但口頭上還價就好多次
未買rc前都有睇其他新/舊樓
全部都有口頭上還價

比錢agents掙唔緊要，但都要有返咁上下服務先得
我都後悔透過佢o地買rc

其實你可否唔要agent呢?? he just provide a lesson for you.
If you don't attend the lesson so can you skip the agent from the agreement?? you may buy your flat cheaper and save money too.
